Payment
An enquiry does not charge you or create a paid order. After a supplier-verified written quote, a case-by-case advance payment may be requested based on sourcing costs; there is no fixed deposit percentage. All terms are confirmed before payment.
Variable advance payment — no fixed percentage
The advance is set in EGP for each individual order according to verified upfront supplier procurement costs and is part of the agreed purchase price. We disclose the exact advance, reason, final price, remaining balance and cancellation/refund terms in the written quote. No amount is charged automatically on this site.
Offer validity and payment method
The written quotation remains valid for 48 hours while unaccepted. After expiry, ROZY reconfirms the offer. Any payment channel and proof of payment are agreed directly and securely. Never enter bank-card details into the enquiry form.
Cancellation before supplier purchase
If a purchase is lawfully cancelled before ROZY commits to supplier procurement, eligible advance payments are refunded in full. For later cancellations, actual legal rights and the explicitly accepted terms apply; an advance is not automatically a forfeitable fee.
Refunds and purchase confirmation
ROZY aims operationally to initiate eligible refunds promptly, with a three-calendar-day internal target that is not yet a guaranteed bank settlement time. Statutory rights and deadlines always prevail. A purchase is only confirmed by a genuine written record after acceptance; opening WhatsApp alone does not place or pay for an order.
