Shipping & delivery
ROZY sources beauty products on request. A WhatsApp enquiry does not reserve stock or establish a paid order. Before a purchase, we confirm the exact product and shade, verified source, final EGP price, shipping charges and a written delivery deadline.
When does delivery start?
Delivery timing is agreed in writing after checking the specific product and supplier. An enquiry is not a confirmed delivery date. If the agreed delivery deadline is missed, Egyptian consumer-law remedies remain available.
Delivery area and full shipping cost
We verify delivery coverage for your governorate and address before accepting a purchase. Shipping, applicable sourcing/import charges and final payable EGP total are shown in the written quote. There are no undisclosed fees after acceptance.
Quote validity
An unaccepted written quotation is valid for 48 hours from its issue time. After it expires, we confirm supplier availability and issue a new quotation. Quote expiry never removes rights that arise after you accept a purchase.
Delays and tracking
We explain significant changes and your options without unilaterally changing accepted terms. Genuine courier tracking is shared if available; automated order tracking is not currently active.
