Returns & exchanges
Rights under applicable consumer law remain in force: generally 14 days for qualifying returns without a defect, with legal exceptions, and 30 days for defective or non-conforming goods. Cosmetic and hygiene-related exceptions are assessed under applicable law, not as a blanket waiver.
Returns without a defect
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt under Egyptian consumer law, subject to statutory exceptions based on the item's nature and condition. Please contact us through the official order conversation.
Cosmetics and personal care
For cosmetics and personal-care goods, a no-reason withdrawal can be restricted where the nature of the product, hygiene or applicable distance-selling exceptions require it. This does not remove rights relating to defects, incorrect items or non-conformity.
Defective, damaged or incorrect products
If an item is defective, damaged or does not match the agreed specifications, statutory replacement/refund rights generally apply within 30 days of receipt without additional costs to the consumer. Send your purchase information and photos if available; photos are helpful but do not waive statutory rights.
Refund processing
Eligible refunds are handled according to Egyptian consumer law and the confirmed payment method. Relevant distance-selling refunds are due within the statutory deadline (generally no later than seven days after return of the goods), and any faster legal obligation applies immediately. We will provide a real refund confirmation; no automatic refund service is active on this website.
